RETURNS
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed by since your purchase, we unfortunately can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (Here are possible EXAMPLES):
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or that has missing parts for reasons not due to our own error or any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 24-48 hours to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next contact your bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted and there is often some processing time. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ContactNykariVon@gmail.com.
EXCHANGES
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ContactNykariVon@gmail.com and we will message you within 24-48 hours.
SHIPPING RETURNS
To return your product you should contact: ContactNykariVon@gmail.com and wait for a corresponding email within 24-48 Hours.
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs a non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Keep in mind that where you live may effect the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you.
If you are shipping an item over $100.00 you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
